Who is this platform for?

What do we need to get started?

The first step is to help you understand how many patients were given follow-up recommendations, how many have come back, and how many haven't. We perform this analysis in a few weeks with a simple data extract you can upload into our secure / HIPAA compliant application - no integration needed. More information.

What metrics will you help me track?

Our platform tracks follow-up metrics (# of reports with imaging recommendations, total # of recommendations, # of completed follow-ups, adherence rate %), as well as communication metrics (# of messages sent, open rates, click rates, scheduling rates). Are you compliant with the ACR's proposed measures for follow-up?

We are aligned with the forthcoming American College of Radiology (ACR) recommendations for follow up and are providing active feedback to the working group responsible for formulating these measures.

How do you communicate with patients and providers?

Is the platform secure / HIPAA Compliant?

Data is securely hosted on AWS's utility-based cloud services platform, which follows industry standard, HIPAA compliant, and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) recommended encryption standards. More information on our security practices.

What is your pricing model?

Can we buy a single component of the platform?

The Within Health product suite is modular. You can use our follow-up tracking module, our patient and provider communications module, or both concurrently. We are not looking to replace your existing systems and have standard HL7 pipes built into common report repositories (e.g. RIS, EMR, or Powerscribe).

How are you different than your competitors?

Competitors offer different pieces of the entire follow-up process, which introduces manual work. Epic allows radiologists to manually tag reports and generates a work list that front office teams manually go through. Nuance automates report tagging but does not offer integrated communication workflows. We offer a fully integrated / end-to-end solution for managing clinical recommendations.

We are not sure whether this is right for us, can we do a test run?

Absolutely! We can put a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in place, and give you access to our data uploader and analytics dashboard so you can understand your adherence rate to follow-up recommendations. We will also include drill downs into what patients are coming due or are over due.
